How do I post several pics to my avatar?

I've seen other profiles that feature several pics displayed. How is it done? thanks!

They are gifs bayforrest. :winking:
You can use photoshop or if you don't own that program, do a search on google "make gifs from pictures free". I just found a bunch of free programs.
