Thickness is mostly up to hydration AFAIK.
Eating celery can help make it whiter though.
There is a "Holy Grail" supplement stack out there somewhere that supposedly helps with amount, thickness, and whiteness. But that's not really scientifically based in anything.
Everybody in the industry uses Lecithin. It's also very good for you.
You will have to experiment with the dose.

Hydration is absolutely essential. Drink lots of water, and eat a high protein diet.
