It's possible to find the LA Bukkake scene. I actually was offered an invite to one at a 4th of July party but had to decline since it was so last minute and I had to work crowd control that night.

I would suggest looking in the Valley (or possibly OC)- I've been to more parties that had some amature porn being filmed in a room in the back of the house there than I think exist in most other places. And as long as you're not 400lbs or something, the shallow LA people that will probably be filming every bukkake in the area for $$ will let you play their reindeer games.
