    Exclamation Help! I'm new and can't figure out the Codec stuff!

    Hi, I'm not really technically inclined but I love the site and actually just got here. I see other people start threads about how they can't get their videos to download - or not all of them and I'm having the same trouble.

    I down loaded the Codec Pack that was recommended in a previous thread but I have no idea how to use it or tweak it to play some of these movies. I'm really no better off now than I was before I got it and its gotta be user error ..... anybody got any advise?!?!

    download the k-lite coded pack and install it. Use the "windows media player classic" that comes with it to view vids.
