i was wondering if the upload interface will be updated to allow multiple files to be selected at one time rather than the current system of one at a time.
Some sites like photobucket, kodakgallery, & picasa (web not software), have an active-x type program to do this.

just wondering if its on the radar...

But...
I think you should be granted access to such a function (period of membership, number of postings, whatever...) to avoid spammers.

ploox... I'll pm FA and ask him but he is always reluctant to use 3rd party plug-ins as then V Bull won't support us.

I know that there is no such thing within V Bull.

We will check with V Bull to see if this is optional as a plug in and let you guys know when we have an answer, however we cannot afford to lose support from V Bull though and this will be our priority

We have now found out this was available in an earlier version of V bull but it was removed due to security vulnerability

Let's face it, any software from Micro$oft is vulnerable, especially ActiveX. But there must be a way to do it without using any Micro$oft stuff. I'm pretty sure I could come up with something, given the chance.

Are you saying that vBulletin would withdraw all support if FF added some neat code to make the site work better?

I'm not 100% sure fingers but know that the last time we had major problems they wouldn't help us until we had uninstalled every single 3rd party bolt on.

you can drag&drop files into the 10 text boxes to avoid having to go through the file selection process each time which is pretty quick.
what I find more disruptive is that about every 2nd time you submit pictures I get a "zero sized reply" http error and only a part of the pictures selected are uploaded.

I can't make that -- drag'n'drop to upload window -- work at all in Vista, Qwertz. All it does is fill the window with the image. Are you talking about something other than Windoze?
