Thumbnail viewing problems
After updating Zone Alarm, I can no longer view pictures on this forum. I've tried to change settings on Zone Alarm but nothing changed. The only way to view the images is to shut down Zone Alarm, which is something I don't want to do because I feel that my computer is vulnerable.
Has anyone experienced this problem or know how to fix it? I don't mind using a different internet security software. Which one do you recommend?
I had the same problem some time back
The way I fixed it (from memory) was to alter the privacy seting of the cookie control.
Ive enclosed screen dump of the setting ive got at present.
It may also be prudent to add ff.net to the trusted site list, and have all of the setting set to allow.

You can (if you trust me) make screendumps of all the setup windows in ZoneAlarm and send them to me by e-mail (paste the screendump pictures in a single wordprocessor document)
Another solution (and here you have to really trust me) is to allow me log on your computer (remote control it).
