I was a long time inactive in this form and
I'm sorry for this. But I've decided to upgrade
my account.
The problem is that I do not have a credit card
or something like this, so I want to know if there
is another way to pay for the upgrade.

Having problems upgrading to platinum, have been platinum member recently. CCBill doesnt except my card, the credit Card VISA works fine otherwise but my request for membership keeps being denied?
