Yes you can. Right now your problem is most likely just the low post count. We have an anti-spam feature which limits free accounts with low post counts.

ok just to make sure:

from what i have understood so far, given that:

i) I dont have a credit card, and
ii) I dont live in the UK

there is no way to go platinum for me. Is that correct? I just want to make sure I am not missing something, cause I would really love to join...
