EULAlyzer
This program will analyze license agreements for interesting words and phrases.
After you install and open it 1) Select "analyze" in the upper left side. Then you can 2) drag and drop the "+" into any EULA or text document (or just copy the text in question and paste it into the main window) and this program will analyze it for suspicious words and phrases.
When it finds something you will see, in the main window, a list of things it found. You can expand each instance to get a more detailed explanation if you so desire. Down on the bottom is a summary of what the programs thinks of the EULA, i.e it has a low calculated interest ID, etc.
It's a small, easy to use program that comes in handy every so often.
