A small amount of arrowroot flour, dissolved in warm water...about two tablespoons of flour to 1 of water. After you warm it up, mix it in, and wait a few minutes...nice and thick.

Done a VERY large one for an ex-gf of mine, and have been saving up for a LONG time to do another.
