Oh yes, we are still freezing! We get enough for the wife to have a good mouthful (and I mean full) every 6-8 weeks.

I've discovered that sealing the frozen cumblock in a vacuum seal bag and submerging it in room temperature water for only as long as necessary to not be frozen (10-15 minutes) results in a superb texture - never the same as fresh, but still has all the thickness and (yes) chunks. Any warmer or any longer and it just goes liquidy.
