Mine used to be thick...but semi low volume. Past month I started this multi vitamin my wife gets from work( I forget the name. But ill go snap a pic when I get home). I barelt exercise. But my job is very active.
In my album you can see the results of only saving it up about a day....seemed to work pretty well. I've been shooting loads like that every 24 hours.
