Any of you know an easy to use pic cap program for mac?

Hi. Depends on what you are capturing pics from - I'll assume it's video!

For video file screens contact sheets = Skreenics. It's free and works very well.

InstantShot! - this is a more feature heavy screenshot application I like too.

For individual screenshots - lots of free options, but I still use the inbuilt OSX options a lot:

VLC also capture screens using a user set keyboard short-cut.

Ok cool - now I know how to make caps on my new mac

If I want to edit a vid file down to a smaller clip (file) - what easy to use software can you recomend for mac?
