Default Screen grab for Windows 7

I've just moved over to Win7 and though VLC media player still works the option to grap stills to post with the vid seem to have gone. Downloaded ES Video Decompiler which just freezes and crashes. Any suggestions for a Win 7 screen grab device that a true idiot (me) can easily use?
    Thanking you in advance.

    Thumbs up Look No Further

First grab yourself a copy of Media Player Classic Home Cinema, you can get it here in our Software Corner

Then check out this thread for a quick and easy run through.

I like Windows 7 and have only had 1 problem with it,explorer will freeze up when you right click the first time after boot up.It appears to be a common problem with no solution. But it usually only does it once then it works fine.
