3 things that have worked for me to be able to increase distance and consistency.
I take a 1200mg soft-gel of Lecithin a day. Of all of the supplements one can take I've found this to work best for me to increase the thickness of the load.
Second: Hold off for a couple of days 3-4 if you can hold out. It's ok to become aroused during that time, helps if anything just make sure to keep it from going too far.
Third: Day of, work around with some 'edging' bringing yourself close to orgasm and then away.

I cant give expert advice because I struggle with it myself. I am easily aroused and have trouble holding off but I have a few things that help.
