An easy way to get more Kegel exercises in is to do the exercises when you go to the bathroom. I try to do at least 3 Kegels while urinating, stop the flow, start again, repeat. This will get more exercise in, strengthen the PC muscle, and help you become a shooter! Also, staying hydrated is quite important. Yeah I would excersize every night for 15 mins before I went to sleep.

Squeeze and hold for 2 sec. then repeat for 15 mins make sure to really squeeze your muscle. You should be pretty tired after your done.
