Two possible solutions for you mate.

1 - If you are already running Microsoft Office, then in the Office Tools folder you will find a handy little app called Microsoft Office Picture Manager, this is a great little app for simple photo manipulation, such as cropping.

2 - If you don't have this, don't despair, check this app out this may solve your problems and best of all, it's free!!
