I noticed around the net that the "facial" category on porn tube sites is gone now. The funny thing is that there are other categories that are left untouched that seem to me to be way more taboo and less common than those who want to see facials. There are categories like "massage", "beach", "grannies", "Hairy", ...etc. Whats up with that? They also seemed to have stopped filtering out gay porn from the straight porn.

Even here at ff I noticed that the majority of the posts have nothing to do with facials anymore. Most of the avatars are just pictures of dicks, lots of threads are softcore pictures only. Most of the amateurs who start threads here not only dont post facial pics, they don't even post their faces at all. The competition had less couples than we have had for many months. I am finding it harder just to navigate the forum to find facials.

Maybe we can make an effort to get back to what we are all supposed to be here for FACIALS! I personally think that if we emphasize it then we will get more in return! Lets promote the facial here, and inspire others to take part in the fetish we are specifically here to share, after all, it is FACIALforum right?. We can always go somewhere else for something else, lets not water this place down in an effort to please everybody because then, as George Carlin would say "The whole thing loses all its fucking meaning!"

I agree, facials seems to be getting lumped in with other cumplay genres, under "cum" or "cumshots". In my book, facials has always been its own entity, like bukkake usually is.

You are correct mate this forum was principally set up as a haven for facial fanatics everywhere but we have always tried to offer you all as wide a range of genres as we can.
A bit of variety never harmed any one and in fact some of our most popular threads have sometimes not always been purely facial based.

For us as members of staff to start refusing these uploads on the basis that they do not have a facial in them would be counter productive for the forum as a whole.

I cannot speak for other sites only the forum, one thing is for sure, you should never need worry about us pulling facial content

As for the competition, you can't expect every month to have numerous entries, from time to time, months will vary.

I can't for the life of me figure out how you can come to this conclusion.

However, thank you for raising your concerns and if "we" feel the content in here is perhaps becoming too unbalanced and as you say "hard to navigate" then, (if needed), at the next cull, steps may be taken to redress the balance.

I'm of the opinion that Facial Forum has everything you could possibly want to do with facials as well as a whole host of other posts and threads dealing with a wide variation of other topics.

Speaking about what I'm posting most of the time, truly good facials within mainstream porn are becoming exceedingly hard to find. So if I was just posting facials I thought were good enough to share, I wouldn't be posting all that often!

It's no harm to expand beyond posting within the confines of facial-only stuff. I enjoy the wide variety to suit every mood that you'll find here, safe in the knowledge that if a facial worth seeing is out there, it will find it's way here for all us facial connoisseurs to appreciate.

For instance, I found a thread on a free forum full of downloads of material we usually have posted here, but it never got posted. I start to trust that we here are on top of facials, so I dont look. But when it gets slow here, I find loads (literally) of great facials elsewhere on the net (and for free).
I think this should be the mecca of facials. Where else is there to go for that? Nowhere. A lot of us pay to be part of the community for its name sake facials.
Maybe it makes sense to move on to other topics AFTER we have posted all the facials we can find.
I dont think anyone pays for softcore porn here. Maybe there can be a sister site that covers that kind of thing? We are losing our whole purpose here

I just think that if we dont emphasize facials here, that they become more taboo. And this is the last place we would think them to be taboo. Then I believe it makes people feel more uncomfortable to share their personal stuff, because it feels more taboo.

Is it the goal to have Quantity or quality? Obviously our non facial threads are popular, that's because at that point it is mirroring every other site on the net. If the goal is to have more, or to be more popular, then facials will inevitably be replaced, and this site will be similar to every other site. I think we should take a stand, and let it be what it is. Regardless of popularity or quantity. If there were significantly less posts, but all were facials then it would make more sense for the title of this forum and the people who pay for membership. Throughout history every attempt to please a larger crowd or go mainstream just waters down the whole point. One has to water things down to appeal to a wider audience, that's just the nature of it.
We should stick to our guns, and let it be what it is supposed to be, and put our efforts together for that. Who cares how popular or how much material there is? the only thing that we should care about here is facials. Not to say that everyone only wants facials all the time, but the point is to offer that here when we want that. I am not looking for a one stop shop for all of my sexual interests while surfing a place called facialforum. I intend to go somewhere else for something else. I come here for facials, and when I am in that mood, everything else bores me, and is frustrating. If we don't stick to facials here there will be an opening in the market for a place to go for facials. It would be sad if facialforum loses its place as the facial destination for facial lovers.

I believe these issues exist everywhere. The most free countries eventually become the most enslaved, large corporations lose quality as they try to extend there services to everyone instead of those that actually demand their products. It begins to feel as though the goal is size and popularity, not the actual product for everything in general.
If a friend and I were to get together, and as a rule only talk about what we had in common, there may be a lot that we can talk about given that we are friends and prob share a lot in common. Now as I add friends of friends to the mix and so on...there is inevitably less to talk about because the larger (more popular) the group, the less we all share in common. Eventually we will only have the weather to talk about as a group. I believe there is nothing wrong with small groups. In small groups we can advance controversial ideas. Freedom was controversial. I don't think facials have become anything close to being "taboo" here. I just think that the threads represent all of the varied interests of our members - the people that make this site the thing that it is.

The majority of user created content centers around facials, with a healthy helping of cumplay mixed in. I dont mean to come off as complaining. Just trying to take a stance on one side to help the discussion along. And to better see what I am missing. I am sure the true answer to the topic of thought is prob somewhere in the middle. I agree there is unique content here you cant get anywhere else (that's why i am here having this discussion). I just noticed a rise in other content, and facials out there going unnoticed and not posted here.
