    Unhappy What am I doing wrong?

    So... I believe my quest for large cumshots is finally coming to a end. I've done just about EVERYTHING I can think of with of course visual results, but I doubt I've ever passed the 5ml mark.

    I've read a PDF containing secrets of a pornstar's cumshot, I've been all over the internet, I have LOADS of vitamins and water and NO significant results.

    List of the vitamins I have

    >Lecathin 1200
    >Maca Root
    >Saw palmetto
    >L-argenine
    >Calcium magnesium
    >Zinc

    I have problems drinking water, but I typically drink about 2-3 bottles a day.

    I do infact somtimes forget to take my vitamins or sometimes don't want to because of the paining side-effects.

    And I rarely do kegels, the kegels part is probably the problem..But I am not sure..What if it just leads to another letdown?

    I have noticed when I begin the point of no return the first several seconds involve no contractions, is this the problem?

    So, people of FacialForum..What exactly am I doing wrong? I'm beggining the become quite frustrated.

    I think you just might have to face the facts that your body isn't capable of producing as much as you would like. We can't all be Peter North or Rodney Moore, they are the one-offs. I know that however much I train out I am never going to outrun Usain Bolt. My body just isn't built to run fast. These things you just have to put up with. If you don't enjoy drinking a ton of water and supplements make you feel ill - and all for no effect - I would, I am sorry to say, give up and get on with enjoying life and the things that you are good at. Who knows, perhaps you are a cunnilingus master or can fuck for hours. Or perhaps you are good at oil painting! Anything has to be better than making yourself ill and beating yourself up about something that is beyond your control

    Snesh give you wise advices. Especially when he talk about Bolt. A common error is to look the best and feel like nothing important because they r better than us. You can try to equal them but you dont have to feel pitiful because you do not make a success. Some men have bigger loads than you but how many doesnt?

    Also, no need to cum a gollon to have orgasm, so why get ill for it?

    If the supplements are making you feel ill, cut out the zinc and see if that helps. Secondly, start doing Kegels regularly. Even if they don't help with this problem, it's good exercise. Every time you pee, stop the flow and restart it. Do this 3 times. If that hurts, discontinue that and just do Kegels while not urinating.

    Well I guess thats it then. I feel my fetish just slipping away now.

    There is not much of a point of me climaxing now.

    Oh well, I wanted to believe genetics had no effect, except those born with hyperspermia, and even then I was told you can induce that with oxytocin stimulators.

    Thanks all who replied to this, I may be sad now..But I'm sure I'll come around.

    I suppose I'll try this as my last resort, combined with swedish flower pollen.

    But the vitamins only make me ill when I don't eat enough.

    How long between cumming? If you wait a day or two, volume should be a bit more. Also, how long do you masturbate? 'Edging' for hours can produce major cum volume. If your session is 15 minutes, I wouldn't expect as much. This also works that muscle, or can, that you talked about with the kegels...
    Finally, how aroused do you get? And what do you use to do it? Vibrations, rings, rubber bands, whatever, can help create heightened stimulation, that maybe your hand just can't do.

    24 hours between climaxes, sessions last somtimes an hour, sometimes several. I hardly edge anymore, that may be the issue. I'm not sure how to edge because the descriptions are not very specific, at one point I began climax and held it in..Like a kegel of course. At another point I began climax and relaxed my body so it wouldn't start contracting, I can feel my urethrea being filled up with this technique.

    Which one is edging? I'm not sure. But I think the first technique worked better for me..Then again I only do the second one during my actual session.

    I sometimers get aroused enough to the point I start making noises "I'm not very vocal by myself". Rarely aroused enough to the point where I talk to myself during climax.

    If we can find this out I will share this information to others who want it. And I know a place where they may want this information.

    It s remind me an advice for...fertility

    To have more cum, cum many time during a week. Then dont cum for a week. Your body "thinking" you r going to cum often will produce more.

    How many ounces are the bottles? Normal hydration requires 1 ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight. I weigh 155 pounds, so I round up to 160. So I need 80 ounces of water for normal hydration, that's 5 of the smaller Poland springs bottled water per day. If you're taking all of those supplements listed above, plus some that aren't you should be drinking (or I would have to at my weight) 7 bottles per day. You're definitely dehydrated at this point, assuming you bottle size is 16 ounces. Do you drink coffee, tea, or soda regularly, because they are all diuretics and dehydrate you. How's your salt intake? Do you exercise (cardio)? do you eat tons of meat? these are all factors.

    Cut out some of those supplements and try taking a more eastern approach. Visit you local Asian market and get some ginseng. Look in the tea aisle, they always have something for male fertility. Nori (seaweed used in sushi rolls) works wonders form me? It triples my loads. Meditate, and visualize yourself shooting bigger loads, don't laff it works for me. Reduce stress....there's a big one.
