16.9 ounces per bottle, I guess I am Dehydrated, I drink soda every now and then and rarely coffee. i don't eat a ton of meat and my salt intake is probably pretty high. I hardly work out.

Thanks for the tips, I shall give it a try, I just love asian foodstuffs.

So I need 80 ounces of water for normal hydration, that's 5 of the smaller Poland springs bottled water per day. If you're taking all of those supplements listed above, plus some that aren't you should be drinking (or I would have to at my weight) 7 bottles per day. You're definitely dehydrated at this point, assuming you bottle size is 16 ounces. Do you drink coffee, tea, or soda regularly, because they are all diuretics and dehydrate you. How's your salt intake? Do you exercise (cardio)? do you eat tons of meat? these are all factors.

Cut out some of those supplements and try taking a more eastern approach. Visit you local Asian market and get some ginseng. Look in the tea aisle, they always have something for male fertility. Nori (seaweed used in sushi rolls) works wonders form me? It triples my loads. Meditate, and visualize yourself shooting bigger loads, don't laff it works for me. Reduce stress....there's a big one.

    Hope some of this helps

Sometimes we worry to much. A lot of good advice above. I also have been through all of the vitamins and everything you have. I know I need to get in better shape and am doing something about that now. I stopped all the other stuff last summer. It can overshadow the fun that it is supposed to be.

I realized I can't really predict when I'm going to have a huge load. Sometimes I look down and go, "Holy shit". I thought only two spurts or so came out. Sometimes I feel every drop come out and am surprised as well. I say just enjoy having sex with your mate.

I'm guessing excercise is a big factor?

I've thought about it, but I also hear you need to avoid the heating of testicles.

    So..It concerns me.

Exercise isn't going to heat your testicles like say a hot tub or sauna. Don't worry about the heating factor of sweating. Could be that you have a bunch of toxins stored in your body that need out, and there are only two ways out (well three).....pee, poop, sweat. Some will only exit upon sweat. Walk 45 minutes a day....uphill if you can, and then build up to something more cardio. That's enough to get your body headed in the right direction. get that heart pumpin so the cock can do some pumpin.

List of the vitamins I have
    >Lecathin 1200
    >Maca Root
    >Saw palmetto
    >L-argenine
    >Calcium magnesium
    >Zinc
I have problems drinking water, but I typically drink about 2-3 bottles a day.
I do infact somtimes forget to take my vitamins or sometimes don't want to because of the paining side-effects.
And I rarely do kegels, the kegels part is probably the problem..But I am not sure..What if it just leads to another letdown?
I have noticed when I begin the point of no return the first several seconds involve no contractions, is this the problem?
So, people of FacialForum..What exactly am I doing wrong? I'm beggining the become quite frustrated.

Paradox, I have a feeling that anxiety may be playing a role here.

    Also, you described that when you orgasm;
"the first several seconds involve no contractions, is this the problem?"

that's not normal. I would go see a urologist and have him/her take a look at you. You are saying that when you orgasm, there's a 7 second period before you start to ejaculate?

Eh more along the lines of 3-5 seconds.

Then again that may be normal now that I think about it. As my orgasm does last the normal length if not longer.

    I can understand the OP.

Although most of the times I produce a lot of sperm I tried to figure out how to somewhat control the amount of "juice".

Besides getting "drained" on a regular basis in order to minimize the mess nothing showed any impact.

I tried all different kinds of diets, consumed copious amounts of fluids, didn't drink anything, ate well, ate, well, not so well, use vitamins and other supplements, but at the end nothing did change.

Sometimes it's massive and thick, other times it's thin and liquidy. Sometimes it's more and sometimes it's less...Point is, I think there's only that much we can actually do to control the amount of sperm (like edging, "saving it up" for a couple of days). The "outcum" can't be controlled in a way that we say "I drink more German Beer and my balls will produce more or less sperm"...Or,...wait a minute, maybe....!!!

    Cheers!

I would say exercise plays a pretty big factor. Exercise and movement assist basically all of your organ's function. I'm sure that this includes the male reproductive organs.

Don't worry about the heating of the testicles. You have a muscle that controls the contraction of the scrotum, so as your body responds to the heat of you exercising it will relax the muscle giving your testes more air/distance from the femoral artery.

if you are getting headaches at the back of your head thats the lechithin...dump it matter of fact dump all that shit, I have posted previously what works

1 plain old daily vitamin, centrum or whatever

    400 IU vitamin e 2x a day

    30 mg chelated zinc daily

at least 24 hrs between pops

your diet should have a good balance of protein and carbs, specially protein, the water isnt an issue as long as you stay properly hydrated it an be fruit juice, iced tea, whatever...

it wont get any better than this. Toss all the supplements you are trashing your liver
