Problem
When I download certain files, like an HJ AVI or WMV in particular, the download seems to work, but then it shows 00:00 in the length. I am not sure why this is happening. Different players makes no difference. Sorry if this is a silly question, but any help would be appreciated.
First I would ask if you are familiar how HJ works and if you have downloaded and joined them before.

Do you have several files after downloading with the 001 002, 003 etc extension and a size > 0 ?
