Can someone help me figure how to blur photos in Paint.net? I can do it in normal Microsoft paint but it seems to be different. I sure it is something simple that I am just overlooking.

Can someone help me figure how to blur photos in Paint.net? I can do it in normal Microsoft paint but it seems to be different. I sure it is something simple that I am just overlooking.
I know in the old MS program it was called. "soft focus". I've been trying to figure the same thing out in paint for some time. I don't believe it has that feature.
