can't view attatchments

is there some problem with the forum or is it on my end? If it is the forum can someone give a time frame when it's to be fixed? it would seem that I can't view any attatchments. The site was down for a time yesterday, and I have not been able to view any content today for about 3+ hours

I think lots of attachments were pruned during the database purge a few days ago to conserve space on the server. HCL

Pruned or not, no attachments work for me. Not even the thumbs for them are visible. This is not fun at all.

ok, nothing was pruned by us, the host moved them onto the new hd, but they sorted that now.

can you give me examples of threads where its not working, ill look into it.

hi dude, having checked that page and found no prob, try this:

close all browser windows, then cleare your cookies and all temp internet files.
if you have any security software running, make sure it is not blocking our cookie.
and make sure that you Allow session cookies.
if you use Zone Alarm, that is probably your problem.
Then try again, that usually works
