Some are, but a lot are not (I was sad enough to compare them too!) For instance, the lovely Vivica here taking the real facial from the video, then posing with the (slightly too artfully arranged) fake one. Unfortunately she pulls off a massive string of cum almost straight away, so I guess they thought that they needed to 'redo' it for the shots. I added the thumbs up too
