Did you try just searching "dried cum" or "cum wearing?" I searched those terms and the latter turned up this thread from this forum back in 2011: 42556-Dried-Cum-on-Women (add after ? in URL of this site, I can't post links yet as I am too new)

Also, there's a lot of useful subreddits out there that exist solely to help you find very specific subreddits. For instance, I used one to find /r/freeuse which is something I am very much into. Check out /r/NSFW411/wiki/index and the subreddit itself at /r/NSFW411/ (trying to avoid linking to them since I know there's a no hotlinking rule).
