This is an anti-spam measure. New users are in a limited usergroup for a short while. This restriction will go away with a few posts.

New user after more than three years? Okaaaayyy. Probably it depends more on the number of postings than on the time passed by...

How many posts do I have to make to get no upload limit ?

I understand those posts cannot be attached with files ?

Now I can not do this.
and I discovered that for me is using an anti-spam measure.

I see that you can now post pics erik33,there are anti spam measures that do control the amount a new member can post, but we can always look at a member if he contacts us and alter this if we are sure that the members is genuine.

This seems strange as you have already made plenty of posts so the spam measures should not affect you,what message do you see when you try to upload pictures ?

Please also check that the size of the pics are not too large and make sure you are not running any other bandwidth using program in the backgound.

I start the upload and after 2-3 minutes it goes in time-out.
then, the written (in Italian) "failed to make a connection"

The sizes are substantially below the limits, because they are part of series already posted.

If the site is not to limit myself, there's a server issue

Go to the department you want to make a new thread in and then click "New Thread" (top left) as the Meercat says "Simples!"

For the moderators of this forum: I want to post pictures and share with the community but I find the process to upload pics is not user friendly! you have to browse upload multile times. Would it be possible to bring up one window, multiple select and then post?

No the only way to upload pictures is to click on each pic and upload it to the manage attachments window until you have filled it or posted what you want and then upload them,its done in this way so the forum software can check and control the amount that's uploaded at any given time.

Agreed, it would be a nice feature but unfortunately this is a limitation (currently) of web based forum software which is designed to work across multiple platforms and web browsers.
