I've noticed fewer pics/posts and less participation but to some extent I wrote it off to the beginning of the summer. More people are involved in outdoor activities and not passing the time on their computers. Secondly, and I will probably come off as a cheap bastard, but the monthly fees to joining a lot of the sites are climbing, some to an exorbitant rate. Some (not FF) are up to $50 a month and they aren't even producing their own content! I like porn but it's not my life and when I have money to spend I look for the best value for my money no matter what.
Well put jimull. There are a hardcore of content posters which keep the forum ticking along - you know who you are. What pisses me off is that the vast majority of members can't even be bothered to thank posters for their efforts. Surely tapping the 'like' button can't be that difficult or tiring. Hey guys. I've been staring at this thread, reading all the posts and a lot of things ran through my mind.
First, there is an elite class of members that go above and beyond and they deserve recognition.
Second, I reflected on my posting career here. Made some mistakes, it's incredibly difficult to keep track of threads posts pics vids ideas and original content without overwhelming yourself. But, that's just my experience.
Third. What can I do to help? I've even tried to get some talent to join and post here.

like any thing the more effort every one puts in the more everyone gets out of it
the problem getting more members posting sharing is and always has been a challenge
its a bit of a viscous circle members post don't receive thanks or feedback so they also start to lose interest (the content then slows as do viewing members looking for new stuff)
The forum is a community like several members below have already said, many don't contribute or even take time to say thanks
As for new ideas/good management we are always looking for ways to improve this community
Any member is more than welcome to create and post stuff, suggest any potential idea to help this place
If anyone has any great ideas speak up be part of the community contact one of the moderators if you need help
The forum does have rules and some limitations by the software used to run it so what might seem easy or better sometimes just cant happen
but if its possible and within the rules/software restrictions hell yes lets improve and make this place the best on the net

What's the product differentiation from other sites?
The problem I see is that there are so many posts of low res photos clogging up the site that it makes it less interesting to look at. If there was a focus on quality over quantity then that would be helpful. Also there are lots of amateurs that are monitizing their vids on other platforms, maybe there needs to be a way for the users that want to produce amateur facials to share in the revenue here.
