Please Help

We Have already posted one time to this section and have gotten no resopnse :confused: so we will try this again i am getting this message when i try to view a Thread

If you are trying to access our platinum content, you need to Log out, then you can upgrade your membership by re-registering with your current username, password and email address. Note, you must logout before trying to upgrade your account.
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I thought we had already activated in the Platinum section if this is not right please let us know so we can try and fix what ever the prolbem is thank you in advance for your help ............

How are you accessing the threads which're giving you this error?

By clicking on the Thread from the "New Posts" list....... I click on the "New Posts" and it showes all the recent posts i then select the Thread i would like to explore and click on that Thread than i recive that message

Patchems411 your Platinum subscription ran out on the 29/07/07 you need to renew if you want access to the Platinum section :)
