I'm new and having some kind of problem. I cannot view certain videos, i.e. videos with a number after the file type (e.g. xxx.avi.001; xxx.mpeg.002,...).
Has someone experienced the problem and can help me?

See the How to's section in the Help and Support section. You need HJsplit to join the parts before you can view them.
