Platinum upgrade

Yesterday late I've paid for my subscription but my platinumaccount is still not activated yet. Can anybody help me please?

Normally we always prolong the 6 months in advance, but went for holiday and so activated platinum again 15 min ago, lets hope we are back on track with the rest of the ff family soon!
