Hi, I'm having trouble uploading attachments again... after selecting my attachments my 2nd screen (pop-up) goes blank white after about 60 seconds.... please advise.
I use firefox - not sure if that is now a factor, but it always used to work fine.

Not quite sure why that should be happening.
Do you have any pop-up blockers running on the PC/Mac ?

It is PC no blockers running... pop-up is not getting blocked. I get the normal screen, I go through the process of upping my pics, then the box goes blank white and the status bar at the bottom says done. :confused:
Did you ever find a resolution to this problem?
