problem with access

i have been a platinum member since '06. last weekend I re-registered for another 6 month membership, but hit gold instead of platinum. It accepted my membership, and my payment, but now I can not access the archives. Is it possible to upgrade to platinum from my current gold? And help would be appreciated and thanks in advance
