anyone else haveing same problem

after surfing for a little while. Every page in this forum comes up as a 404 error no server found. I would paste the exact msg, but have to restart my computer after it happens, so the copy is not saved to paste it here. any help would be appreciated please. Thank you

As you may be aware we have been having problems with the server over the last week or so. We have been working hard to cure the problems and believe we now have.
