downloads interrupted

Hi,
I went from a PC with a broadband connection to a laptop with a T-mobil hotspot connection. Whenever I am downloading a movie, it usually gets interrupted, and stops abruptly. Sometimes an HJ file says it is 20 megs on my hard drive, but the file even fails to play after everything is joined due to missing information. I can download the same file, and it can stop downloading 1 meg in, 5 megs in, or 19.5 megs- doesnt seem to matter, and the point of interruption always changes. I have not had any issues with downloading things from other sites. I have tried changing browser options, the way I download, and not doing anything in the background during a download. Any ideas anyone? Thank you in advance!

Try clearing your cookies and check the "remember me" box when you login as this stops your session cookie from timing out.

Other than that I haven't a clue as we have had no other complaints.

Thank you, I'll keep trying to figure it out from here. I started using Chrome instead of IE, and it happened a lot less. If there haven't been any other complaints, then I am sure it is something on my end. I will let you know if I find anything just in case it comes up with anyone else in the future.
