If you want the BEST, go for the GoPro Hero 4 ! You can record in 4K , and control it from any smartphone/tablet .
But that Hero 4 is also the most expansive, almost the same is an SJ cam 4000 , and I have a Denver AC5000 , you can Google the model numbers and youtube for the image quality ,all can be controlled by a free app from the playstore.
