The name of the movie is Anal XXX or Patricinhas 1.

The actress goes by Agada, but there's not much else of her out there from what I can see unless you're into tranny porn.

The actor's name is Angelo Torres. He's done a ton of tranny work as well. From the scenes I've seen where he's with women, the director doesn't know what he's doing when he's filming the cumshot. The lighting and camera angles mostly suck. Angelo does a ton of body shots on women and most of the scenes I've seen where there's a facial the girl is so afraid she mostly pulls away which ruins the scene. It's a real waste of talent.
