I’ll be seeing two ladies soon, both of whom are down with facials. What are the best positions for this? Last time I stood at the end of the bed and the two of them lay on their backs with their faces/heads close together.
I was thinking both kneeling as another possibility.

I would try having them both lay on their backs, but opposite from eachother so they can "interlock" their heads close together. Then you get the pleasure of a multiple angle cumshot in one, plus their heads fit as close together as possible so you can keep your load concentrated to a smaller area.
