Some uploaded animated GIF files do work

Hi guys.

I'm getting iffy results when I upload an animated .GIF file.
Sometimes it plays well but most times it just displays a static, still shot.
Is there a work around?

size matters.

Hi Ron,

on the upload manager it tells you the size limits of the files.
If you press the question mark it says the maximum size for each file type.
