How to join mpeg or wmv????

I'd like to know if anybody have a url for uploading a program who join mpeg or wmv.

This is only for PC. Can anyone help for Mac??

iMovie will do it which is built in or there's Vegas which is what I use on my Mac. There's a bunch of options just do a bit of searching.

On my Mac, I use a small freeware app called "E Pluribus Unum". It's never failed me. You can find it here.
I assume you're running OSX, right?
