How do you get such high resolution screen grabs with VLC Media Player? I have tried but even with 1080P mine do not come out that sharp.

I am no tech nerd but when I take a frame shot with vlc its important to make sure that there is so little as possible movement in the movie. Perhaps a good graphics card could help aswell.
