I do know that Joey did have sex with other girls besides Beth (Michele, Kayla, and Lissa), so I don't know if that was the issue. Beth's last series was in 2001, and her archive was removed sometime in 2002. Bridget's last series was in 2004, and removed in 2005.
Bridget did give an interview after the Vegas trip in early 2001, according to Joey, which is one of the very few things that I am missing, which might give some insight. If anyone has that, please give us a shout-out.

Olivia did 9 series (Olivia 1 - 9) and there are videos for all of them except for Olivia 6 (which was a Halloween shoot with Jenna).
They released a video only of a shoot that they labeled olivia 10, but it was actually just an updated quality video of the olivia 7 shoot.
