Unfortunately I was refering to downloaded videos. I never stream. I think it's a mix of low encoding settings (low bitrate + low reference frame value) and a camera thing (too much compression during recording, inappropiate camera settings or lens?) because I have noticed that things got worse when you got that new Canon camera. Just compare a file recorded with the old camera and the new one, the difference is quite noticeable.
