Hey everybody!
I just wanted to thank everybody for the great advice on this forum! I'm in a wonderfully sexy relationship with a loving partner, and we've been talking about taking it to the next level and maybe doing some cam work together. I've found that the L-Argenine and wheat germ work the best for me. Sometimes gingsing too. But absolutely the key is to save it up for a few days.

Found a pretty sure-fire way as a side effect to my workout regimen...3 of the supplements I take actually help to increase sperm volume. Pretty much any advice here is good but here's what works for me:
- Steady, good diet (fruits, veggies, protein)
- Exercise regularly (usually for me, 4-5 days a week)
- Keep hydrated!
- 3 supplements: L-Arginine, L-Tyrosine, Zinc
1 pill of each, easy to find at health food stores (GNC, Vitamin World, etc.) and relatively inexpensive as well. Usually holding off for 24-48 hours from sexual activity in addition to the supplements helps greatly, but I noticed even if there are times where I don't take a break in between, the loads are still a good volume above usual. Don't forget PC exercises either, put some power behind those shots ;)
