I used the topping on a small bowl of fresh strawberries...yummmmm!
For myself, the best result have been from freezing the cum in an airtight plastic container. To defrost, I simply put the container in a larger container which is filled with warm water. The secret is to defrost it slowly. Steer clear of microwave defrosting...it's too easy to overheat it and destroy the flavor!

Like you I found thawing it in hot water is best and provides the best control.
Once thawed I've poached it, (hard to remove from the water!) fried it by itself and with food, (Lose to much to evaporation) baked it on food, (Works, but soaks into the food) used it in alcoholic beverages, (it "rains" down into the drink after being slowly poured on top to nice effect) made cum cubes and lot of things that didn't involve cooking.

I always looked at "foaming" as something to avoid but "whipping" is a fantastic idea! Builds volume and to for those with women who don't care for the flavor or consistancy the whipped cum should help with that.

Any amount can be whipped. Even one or two loads could be put in a small container and shaken vigorously. The more the better of course.
