I was in Europe a few years ago, Netherlands actually and remember seeing PRIVATE DVD's on a display rack next to the cashier at convenience store, displayed like they were packs of chewing gum. Those Dutch are soooo liberal....:)

I remember seeing Private magazines for sale at the newstands in railroad stations in Italy back in the 90's.
