If she has low self esteem, then it is up to you to convince her otherwise. Only you can judge if you should tell her that other guys lust after her. She may not appreciate you canvassing sexy thoughts of her appearance. Get her to try and enjoy her life a bit more. Spoil her, buy her some new clothes, (not too sexy at first) take her out and let her see that you want her to enjoy herself. When she starts to do that, her ego will improve. The best of luck.
