Out of nowhere comes this stellar entry, possibly the best first-time post ever. I'll look into the l-arginine and l-lysine pills. How much do you take of each? I've heard horror stories about zinc overdosing, though.

I started being a vegetarian in August 2008, i'm liking it so far.
As for the supplements, I take 30mg, chelated. You shouldn't exceed about 50 mg, otherwise you will probably start feeling sick. The only high sources of zinc are oysters and beef shanks. Other foods are 5mg per serving or less, so you don't have to worry about toxicity really.
Other supplements: Lecithin 1200 mg, and L-Lysine 500 mg.

Rad. I've been a vegetarian for about 8 years now? Give or take. It's great, but can be difficult at times.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to have to pick up some Lecithin and L-Lysine tonight and see if they make an appreciable difference. I'm not sure I could go 4 days without cumming though.
