There's about 130 there you can follow just by clicking 'follow this list'. I'd kind of recommend having two Twitter accounts - one for porn and one for everything else.
I don't follow any pornstars on my real account, and just log in every day to get new pics for this thread. Someone had taken BobbyCoke as a username (seriously, who'd do such a thing?! :p), so I opted for BooKhaki. Only tweeted twice before not bothering any more - and one of those was just to tell Tori Lux I wanted to cum on her face! :rolleyes:
Anyway, follow the list of you want, or just keep checking up on this thread as I'll keep updating it... :)
