I don't think they are stolen, because they were online on the blog http:// dremiliolizardo . blogspot . de/ 2013/ 01/ flash-report-korals-cumplaygokkun-party.html for a long time now together with the whole story about this event. If someone copies the pics, as long they were free to view and now the blog closes, it's there own fault if the pics are still in the net.
