I don't know what her nationality is, but from a couple of the sets I've got, the architecture definitely doesn't look American.

I think this set, "Casting Couch" (And the next one) goes along with the previous one. She has the same outfit, and it's the same red couch.

I'm guessing that Fireball, Casting Couch and Erotica are one set, but I found them separately. Go figure.

According to Wikipedia, she's American:
"Stoya was born in North Carolina[3] to a Serbian father and a Scottish mother."
